Description

Seen when using 3.3 freeciv-ruleup on a 3.2 ruleset. The "NoVeteran" unit type flag is now unhardcoded, and freeciv-ruleup puts in the help string "May acquire veteran status." for it, which is wrong. It should say "Cannot acquire veteran status."
