Description

Comment in top of PACKET_GAME_INFO definition claims that fields are in alphabetical order, but that's not (completely) true.

Note that we can't change field order in branches with network protocol frozen, so at least in S3_2 and S3_3 the correct fix is to remove the comment. Not sure if we should remove the comment also from main, or should we reorder the fields there.
