Description

The message "... unable to trade with ..." is incorrect if help_wonder is TRUE.

Also questionable why the log level gets changed from LOG_NORMAL to LOG_VERBOSE if help_wonder is TRUE.

Better log messages. I left the change of log level as is but improved the comment.
