gtk4-client (and gtk4x-client) include gdkkeysyms.h gtkkeysyms.h directly. The proper usage is to include gdk/gdk.h instead. gtk-4.23 has a strict check against including gdkkeysyms.h directly, breaking freeciv compilation.
