Description

Currently S3_2 (and later) scenario files have freeciv version number < 3.2 associated with them, though they are of 3.2 format in reality. Refresh the files with 3.2.0-beta2 to get stable version number associated with them.

#1382 prevents updating tileset-demo scenario.

Anyway, tileset-demo is not part of the distribution. It lives only in the version control. Thus we don't need to have it refreshed by the 3.2.0-final release.
