Qt: Cities report, trade routes column too narrow

Screen Shot 1 shows what it looks like, the info gets truncated to ...
Screen Shot 2 shows what it looks like when you expand the column width to show the info, how it should look.
But when you go away and come back to the F4 display it reverts.

A display bug rather than a code bug. Or maybe just a UI improvement. GTK client is OK.

Patch should be good for all branches. I think the words "Trade" and "Routes" are in .po files so translations may not be an issue.

Unlikely with the "?number_trade_routes:" qualifier, but that's ok. We can introduce translatable strings outside string freeze periods.
