Description

In civ2civ3/sandbox bombers do bombardment attacks, not regular ones where defender has opportunity to defend. SAM Battery provides bonus to the defender, so it has effect only against Fighters. That makes SAM Battery rather useless building.

Related: Also Helicopters do bombardment attacks, so the SAM Battery effect with "UnitClass" "Helicopter" requirement is never actually used.
