Description
Msys2-241102 environment seems to have big reliability issues with uploads from the environment. We need to be able to upload builds made in the environment.
The issues seems not to be just one-off in how the environment was generated - never msys2 snapshot has the same issue. At least for freeciv-3.2 we likely want to revert to more stable 240810 environment.
