Description
Noticed on a S3_3 build output on msys2 environment:
"generate_langstat.sh: line 28: cmp: command not found"
I think failure to find 'cmp' provides us a return value that always takes the "safe" route (as if the compared files had differences), i.e., langstat files still get generated correctly. The script just does some extra work even when it would not be necessary. Thus this is not as serious a bug as it would seem from the error message.
