Description
Split from #2150
meson.build sets '-Wshadow' both for C and C++ compiler among other compiler flags from c_cpp_args array.
There's also a block where it sets '-Wshadow' conditionally, if this is a debug build. This makes no sense as it's already set unconditionally. Remove this latter code to set '-Wshadow'.
