Description
To make it possible to refactor Qt-client's actions to share common callback functions, add action_id parameter to pfcn_void function typedef.

Rebased to apply without #2198
Doesn't work like it should, since the "action" in choice_dialog::execute_action() is not an action id, but just the action's position in the dialog.
