Description
Seen on autotools based build, but meson is likely affected too.
clang++23 configure check for "c++20 capture this" semantics fails because "-Werror" & "-Wc++20-extensions" are active.

Happens also with older versions of clang.

The inconsistency within clang. The compiler complains (by default) if C++20 semantics are used, clang analyzer complains if C++20 semantics are not used.
