Description
Previous msys2 snapshot is only a month old, but I'd like to make one more round before freeciv-3.3 beta1 gets released, practically freezing msys2 environment for freeciv-3.3.

Three of the w64-x86_64 packages are no longer available, but we really need none of the removed ones.
- wget2 packages we should remove from all archs. It never really caught on as a separate package
- x86_64 gtk4 package is not needed as we don't build gtk4-client for that arch. sdl-client installers may need adjusting as they are usually built with gtk4 modpack installers (but shouldn't on x86-64, as gtk4 is not supporte on < win10)
- x86_64 drmingw package is not needed as it always has been completely optional
We can have these removals on the final 3.3 msys2 environment, and I still would prefer us to get the update, especially for the ca-certs update after recently compromised CA intermediates. For 3.4 and later we drop x86_64 environment completely, maybe in next update already.
