Description

Currently Unit_Vision_Radius_Sq effect is checked with unit type granularity. That is; properties of individual unit cannot affect the vision radius. Function doing the effect check ( unit_vision_range_modifiers() ) does know the individual unit, so it would be feasible and easy to make the check with individual unit granularity.
