Description

We now have translations/*/Makefile.in.in compatible with gettext-0.24, but gettext .m4 files compatible with gettext-0.22 (despite being latest from gnulib). This leads to "gettext infrastructure mismatch" -error. Refresh gettext .m4 files directly from gettext-0.24.1.
