Description
Flathub upstream has a new '25.08' version of org.freedesktop.Platform and org.freedesktop.Sdk. Take them to use.

- Target version changed from 3.1.6 to 3.2.2
The new Platform does not have SDL2 support libraries included, so the update is more involved than just updating the version number in the recipes.
