Freeciv

In de sdl versions of Freeciv, when starting a new game and click the "Pick Nation" button:

[1] The list is initially empty... 
 [2] When you start scrolling the list, suddenly nations start appearing
 [3] When you click a nation the first time, nothing seems to happen
 [4] When you click a nation the second time, the nation you clicked previously seems to be selected

This was already alluded to in, given it was closed, I'm opening this ticket.

The old ticket already includes a screenshot.

On as sidenote, the list scrollbar seems to be misaligned (or 2px too wide, not sure).

This doesn't prevent the game from being played however.
