Description

I have noticed playing 3.2.1 that AI does not seem to be able to kill the barbarian leader.

Playing AI games with classic ruleset, I have seen situations where an AI nation in an island is attacked by barbarians, the AI kills every barbarian unit, but not the leader, who keeps roaming the island for centuries.

I wonder if it caused because the new ruleset requirements (of v3.2) for the action Collect Ransom are not taken into account by the AI.
