Freeciv

The unit info widget can be mouse drag and dropped outside of the map view area, making it unreachable. I my case, I had drug the widget off the bottom of the screen. Regardless, the widget becomes unmoveable and useless.

The proposed change pops the widget's move icon back into the parent window viewport.
