Description
meson.build sets global argument -Wshadow without first checking if the compiler supports it.

Main problem of this type is actually '-Wno-error=attributes'.
That setting of '-Wshadow' is a duplicate that should be removed completely.

I don't think the code setting the flag does anything good at the moment. Even if it would be needed (I don't think it is), it's broken as is.
Just remove it now, and reimplement properly in a future ticket if it turns out to be necessary.
