Set directions to tex map

Description
Since #655 made common code to use directions from the specific map, directions from the main map should be copied to the tex AI map (unless I'm mistaken and it's fine already).
Files
Rather than copying the directions, we could also make map_init_topology() take a map parameter rather than always operating on wld.map by default, and then copy the topology information and call that.
This is a regression compared to 3.1.1 release.
