I don't know what are the exact conditions for this to happen, but I've got an alien ruleset autogame crashing on game end when the cities are being removed. city_refresh_vision() gets called for a city that has already lost its vision, leading to a crash. This is with S3_2, but I assume all branches, including S2_6, affected after osdn #48837
