It would be nice to be able to choose the nation's border color at startup.

During the "Pick Nation" process, it would be nice to also be able to set the nation's boarder color.

Please note: I am "colorblind", which for me means that the default color is hard to see. Typically, I edit the save file to change the boarder color to something that I can see.

an alternative would be to have four palettes to address:
  • Normal (92% of males; 99.5% of females)
  • Protanopia (Red/Green Blindness)
  • Deuteranopia (Green Weakness)
  • Tritanopia (Blue/Yellow Blindness) * rare
  • Monochromacy (no color vision) ** extremely rare

I think the feature is there already. I've never used it myself, though, so don't know how well it works.

See server setting 'plrcolormode' (try '/explain plrcolormode' in chat) and server command 'playercolor' ('/help playercolor')
