Description

The point of going to war after target has launched spaceship is to try to stop the spaceship in time. But like with other war reasons, AI wants to prepare for the war first, and actually sets unusually long (4 + map size) countdown to war in this case. On larger maps this means that the spaceship will reach its destination before opponents even declare war.
